Single Bottle are dispatched with Royal Mail can take up to 3 days However, despite our best endeavours, it’s likely some areas of the country will experience some level of disruption due to postal strike-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices. We’re sorry about this. Every item of mail is important to us, so we’re working hard to keep any delays to a minimum. Our couriers deliver and collect orders from our dispatch locations Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and other public holidays.
Track your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming that your order has left the Dispatch Depot. Within this email will also be a link you can click on to tracking the progress of your order.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.If a bottle of wine appears to be out of condition, you must notify us within 14 days. We will ask you to send back the bottle with not more than 25% missing, or if damaged in transportation a photo of the damaged product will be require to make a claim against the courier.
