The majority of orders received before 2.00pm on a working day are processed and dispatched the next working day.
Orders containing more than one bottle are dispatched using a next-day courier service as standard. Single-bottle orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and can take up to 5 days. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Despite our best endeavours, some areas of the country may occasionally experience delays due to local postal or courier disruption. We apologise for any inconvenience and will always work to keep delays to a minimum.
Our couriers deliver and collect orders from our dispatch locations Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and other public holidays.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming that your order has left our dispatch depot. Where available, this email will also contain a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
If you need to contact us regarding the status of your order, please email customer services. Most enquiries are responded to within one hour during normal business hours.

Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
The Scottish Highlands incur an additional £10 delivery charge.
The Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Southern Ireland may incur an additional charge of up to £20.
Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland: standard delivery charge of £9.99 plus an additional £10.

Refunds & Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
If a bottle of wine appears to be out of condition, you must notify us within 14 days. We may ask you to return the bottle with no more than 25% of the contents missing.
If a product has been damaged in transit, we may require a photograph of the damaged product so that a claim can be made with the courier.
