Romania is the sixth biggest wine producing country in Europe with eight different wine regions. Some of the domestic varieties of note include Feteasca Neagra and Tamaioasa Romaneasca while many of the key varieties are now similar to the rest of Europe- Merlot,Cabernet Sauvignon etc.
